there always changing management ive been here 8yrs and they raised my rent 300 dollars im a widow cant afford these apts and there old and nothing gets done i do say tho the new maintenance guy been working hard around here hed had alot of mess from the other one never getting nothing done
Recommendedwe have been here for now 3 years and this manager is the best of the best. I have seen him cleaning trash areas and helping get a place empty so new people can rent. he may not always be in the office but rest assured he is on the grounds. with one manager And one maintainance it may take time to get some things done but if it is needed now it is done now. Louise and his family live here and they are what we consider part of a community. I hope he stays a long while. 5 stars for this place
My uncle had a personal visit today at 430pm. We got here early and at 430 we start to get off the cars and go in and it says it’s closed because they are at a companies functions. I called the office and they said to wait another 10 minutes. 5 hits and I called again and they said they didn’t know what was going on and if we would like to reschedule. We got an email this morning to come here my uncle got off work extra early to come. That’s money and time wasted for us. So unprofessional and not responsible at all.
I have lived here more than 10yrs. Living here is my home. Yes I will admit it's not perfect but really where is? I have had good times and bad times I have been here since original owners. These Apartments have been threw several owners. Some not so good and some good. I'm happy that this owner is remodeling the club house and trying to upgrade apartments.
