This development and one in Chouteau have the same building superintendent, JW Pranke. He takes pride in building solid homes and getting the finishing touches / clean up done for the buyer. We are very pleased, and neighbors have told us they haven’t encountered any problems in the year they’ve lived in theirs.
Daniel, with DR Horton, was excellent. Went above and beyond! His professionalism and willingness to help made DR Horton an option, that I wasn't considering. Trustworthy and not high pressure. Thank you, for your help! Will definitely call him for future needs
