Absolutely terrible customer service. My mother lives in this community and has multiple grandchildren. After moving in, she was told she can only bring two grandchildren to the pool at a time—a rule that was never disclosed during tours, the sales process, or any discussions before she chose to live here. The staff seem far more interested in monitoring residents and handing out notices than providing actual customer service. Don’t move in the first floor. You hear everything above you, every footstep. People park in handicap spots, leave multiple cars sitting in the same spot for weeks. Walls are super thin. Too pricey for what they want and offer.
I lived at the Meadows for 3 years. This was my fourth apartment and unquestionably my favorite. These apartments are uniquely laid out, with many different floor plans compared to your typical complex. The Meadows is conveniently located right off the interstate, but far enough away that you don’t hear it, with a huge open field separating them. I had to leave my lease one month early because my now deceased partner was dying and I couldn’t pay the bill anymore. The office said they would terminate lease all was ok. I just had to pay the one months lease left. Then they charged me 2.5k, then they took my security deposit another 2.5k, then they put it in collections and added another 2k. They are repeatedly updating it on my credit report every couple months. This place is predatory on finances. Beware.
It has been a great experience with the entire staff here at Meridian .
