As someone who used to work maintenance here for a year overlooking the 202 units on site, stay clear from here. The investigation involving stolen rent checks has been thrown under a blanket, and they didn't go through the proper channels to report it either. It wasn't until the Aurora police were called that HUB even knew about it, which was about 2 months AFTER the situation was exposed. They are very nice in the inside, I wouldn't mind renting one they are pretty nice. Spacious living room, nice size kitchen
I did 3 stars after viewing reviews but have not visited the complex yet. Reports of rats plus evasive management doesn't give an incentive to inquire about renting an apartment here. I will afford management an opportunity to reply. I'm a senior looking for an affordable apartment in Aurora CO.

Very difficult management EDIT; you comment for me to call you but not once have you picked up my phone calls or replied to my voice messages or emails. Really sad.
