Absolutely ridiculous. I just called about 40 mins. ago to schedule a tour. The lady said that they don’t do tours. I have never heard of that & that is a huge red flag! She referred me to the website & I told her of course I already went online & saw the pictures, etc. I proceeded to ask her how anyone would see the place and check it out before applying. As someone who used to work maintenance here for a year overlooking the 202 units on site, stay clear from here. The investigation involving stolen rent checks has been thrown under a blanket, and they didn't go through the proper channels to report it either. It wasn't until the Aurora police were called that HUB even knew about it, which was about 2 months AFTER the situation was exposed. I wouldn't trust the property manager or the maintenance supervisor, either. They both are extremely shady and raised quite a few suspic... read more
They are very nice in the inside, I wouldn't mind renting one they are pretty nice. Spacious living room, nice size kitchen
I did 3 stars after viewing reviews but have not visited the complex yet. Reports of rats plus evasive management doesn't give an incentive to inquire about renting an apartment here. I will afford management an opportunity to reply. I'm a senior looking for an affordable apartment in Aurora CO.
