I know people who live there. They not only limit the amount of people you can have over, they also don't allow pool toys for kids. Lile I'm talking a small basketball hoop and round floats simply no go. The managers there are super strict and most units don't even updated ac units or weather stripping.

Good apartment they keep the riff raff out and take care of problems when they come up. They also take care of the grounds and the management and other tenants are very nice and respectful. I truly enjoy living here and would recommend this apartment.
This is the best apartment in rancho cordova in my opinion. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is the place for you. managers maintain order on the territory, constantly well-groomed territory! NO strangers on the territory of the complex! TOP notch security!
