I lived at The Meadows from 2007-2015 and I'd recommend it. The amount of space for the price is fantastic and water is included. I lived in a 1/1 with den with 1,063 sq ft for less than $800/mo. It also has an extra sink in the master bedroom with a lot of counter space, so the ladies, in particular, will love that.
