We’ve lived here for several years but frankly the last 2 years or so you can tell a change in how things are being run. Not for the better either. Maria does not properly address issues or concerns. She will often go days without responding back to you as if she has to research the proper answer. We’ve had issues with bugs with all the wet weather over the summer with no options given to us.
