I am a resident herw for 6 years and I truly enjoy living at Northerly- the office staff Anca and destiny are very profesional,maintenabce team are quickly responsive - the property is clean"quite - recomienda this place
impossible to sleep or even think with the constant music all day every day shaking the whole apartment from every direction in the complex it’s unlivable if you don’t want a headache every day 👎👎👎👎👎 if i could attach a video i would because even as i type this i can hear at least 3 people playing songs as loud as possible just from my room alone and i still can’t hear my own tv even with STUDIO SPEAKERS as my setup this place SUCKS
We moved into the Northerly just 1 month ago , and I must say hands down best apartment complex. The ladies in the office are amazing, Anka and Destiny, they both have great attitudes, friendly kind and helpful. The mantinace crew is top notch also, their always cleaning up the court yard and everywhere around. Have issues they are their the next day ready to maintain the issues. All the neighbors are very kind, noise control is great especially with living down stairs. Lots of trees for great shade during those summer temps... read more
