The Team at Northerly apt in Pheonix has really created a wonderful living environment for there residents I’m very pleased to be a resident. I strongly encourage those families that are looking for a great place to live and raise kids to check them out.

Homeless people loitering around the property day and night , my neighbors apartment got broken into by a homeless just a few months ago. Huge BIRD PEST issues, 100’s of pigeons living in the complex constantly trying to nest on 2nd floor tenants patios, pooping on EVERY thing , complex doesn’t even make an attempt to try to handle the issue. SMH other than those two things it’s not too bad..
Staff lady's in front office are so nice Destiny is so helpful the manager aswell, defently renewing my lease here.
