So far, I love everything about this community! It’s quiet, peaceful, and feels very safe. I really appreciate how pet-friendly it is—there are lots of other residents with animals, which makes it feel even more welcoming. I also want to give a huge shoutout to the maintenance guy—he is incredibly efficient and quick with his work. It’s always nice knowing that any issues get taken care of right away. It's very reassuring when you're trying to have a serious conversation about your living situation and the receptionist, the only person in the office, is just drinking her Tumblr and saying, "Okay, yeah, okay, yeah," to everything. One of the most unprofessional experiences I have ever had.
Nice place. Kept clean. Don't really hear my neighbors. Kitchen is pretty tight, if I was going to complain about anything. Clubhouse is nice. Year round hot tub access. Free coffee. Update: been here 3 years, almost. I’d say it’s been okay but I have had some issues with my messages to the office being completely ignored. Not sure by who- but multiple times this has happened. Unfortunately this is still an on going issue. I fear management is more concerned with keeping section 8 residents happy and not residents who pay out of pocket happy. Can't sit in my own livingroom without it sounding like a stampede of elephants or hearing a basketball bounce over and over again, at all hours of the day. I can't have people over because it's so loud and unbearable If you love to have excessively loud neighbors that the office doesn't do anything about this is the place for you. The meadows are a quiet community with great leasing staff! The three girls in the office always have bright smiles on their faces and are always so welcoming to me and my family! This is a great environment to live in! Well maintained and whenever there is a maintenance issue it’s always fixed immediately! Can’t thank these people enough! If you’re looking for a new place this is a must!!
