I renewed my lease and the month it was supposed to be renewed not all charges were posted. I did pay the charges that were posted. I didn't know how much I would be charged since it was my first month paying the new rates. The other charges weren't posted until the 5th of the month. I paid the day after they were posted and was charged a late fee. In my first 12 months of living there I was never late. Nice apartments. Clean. And helpful and caring office staff.
All the five-star ratings you see posted ask those very same people if they feel the same way when it's time to move out. They are extremely helpful and kind to get you to move in but when it's time to move out you will not receive the same treatment. I'm warning you now: do not count on getting your deposit back. You can leave your apartment in pristine condition and they will still charge you a $260 cleaning fee. They will tell you that you're only responsible for cleaning the appliances.
