What a wonderful apartment community I just moved into! The Meadows in Lakemoor is my new home and I couldn’t be happier. I’m a 71 year old widow, active, still working part time, but not great at technology. The expert property managers, Amy and Becky, kindly navigated me through the new processes I need to know. They are very patient and nice. The maintenance staff called to make sure I got in fine on moving day. The amenities are many, the flowers and landscaping beautiful. Danielle showed us both the 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and explained all about them and answered all of our questions very kindly.
I have lived at the Meadows for two years and the experience was nice. The leasing office was always helpful to me and helped answer my questions. Maintenance was excellent as they responded to my requests at a timely manner.
If you value your time dont expect for them to show up at your scheduled tour time, even if you confirm with them the day before. An hour before your appointment they could just cancel on you and not even have the decency to give you a reason, like they did me. If this is how they handle potential renters I dont even want to know how they treat their actual renters.
The communication prior to moving in and then the process to finalize things was a breeze. Amy has been there every step to navigate, including me changing move in dates. Amy handles everything professionally and with speed. Rebecca worked with us today to sign the final papera and explain everything. The apartment itself and complex are very clean and well kept up.
