The Meadows have been home to us now for almost five years. This is the honest truth, one of the biggest reasons why we love it here is because of Jose and Amy. We don’t put many requests in but for the ones we have, Jose and Amy goes above and beyond! You would never know if Jose was having a bad day and he makes it about us and follows up! A year later and I’m still very happy at Meadows in Lakemoor. I’m a 72 year old widow, active, still working part time, but not great at technology. The expert property managers, Becky, Amy and Tara, always kindly navigate me through the processes I need to know. Renewing my lease was a no- brainer. They are very patient and nice. The maintenance staff are great, and always respond quickly. The amenities are many, the flowers and landscaping beautiful. Wife and I we are ready to get out. Portray kindness and community but we have had issues with checks i have given the staff for our rent go missing.
MOST REVIEWS LOOK SO FABRICATED. Literally just asked me to write a 5star review after I told them my issue was not fixed.... As I'm reading the reviews all the "AMAZING AWSOME AND GREAT" new ones look so NON LEGIT. They are seriously asking anyone for a 5 star review. THE MEDOWS IS MEDIOCRE nothing is 5 star worthy. Currently experiencing some issues myself with our unit. You can defiantly find better for the price.
