Lipstick on a pig. Don't let the pretty countertops fool you! I recently vacated The Meadows Apartments and feel compelled to share my experience for the benefit of others considering this complex. Upon move-in, there were multiple maintenance issues—including mold—that I reported several times through the tenant portal, emails, and phone calls. I have been a resident for 2 years and it has been a disaster since the new management has taken over in Feb. 2025. Very rude and nothings getting done. I had a knob come completely off of my shower faucet after "maintenance" did work on stopping a constant drip. Upon preparing to take a shower that same night, the entire shower knob came off which resulted in full pressure of water shooting out in full force.
