Miss Sonya and the office staff was very attentive to me during my time of need. Ms Sonya was very professional and had a great attitude each ad every time I went into the office. I love my apartment and The Meadows of Memphis was a great choice.
Sonya is great at what she does. The environment is welcoming and peaceful! The office staff and maintenance team does a great job at making sure the tenants are taking care of in a timely manner.
Terrible new Management! I have been a resident here going on 4 years and in February the Management was changed and things have gone downhill! Ms. Taneka is no longer with the staff and it seems things no longer get done. Maintenance has been non existent! With numerous issues popping up all over the property including car thefts and breakins! Noisy neighbors and trash being left out on balconies and walkways. This place was pretty great until they changed management. Now they suck. Never in the office. Won’t do maintenance repairs. Don’t even bother giving them a call because they won’t answer. Not worth it.
Older Applebee's in Bartlett. Never really busy. Service is slow sometimes. The atmosphere is old and the cleanliness lacks. Food is still good
