It’s supposed to be water included. It seems like every month they turn the water off and leave it off for the whole night or day. If you have kids I DO NOT RECOMMEND MOVING HERE!!!!!! And they neighbors are so loud I have made multiple complaints and still nothing.
LOVE THIS PLACE! The property managers are such wonderful and caring souls. They take their careers very seriously while showing compassion and respect for the individual. The property is very clean and when they are called for maintenance repairs they spring into action to address the situation

Management is horrible the manger Tonya left my woman outside her apartment locked out. She left her key in the house and wouldn’t help her at all, and I couldn’t get to her since at work. She was stuck for 2-3 hours outside in the freezing cold rain.
If I could give them 0 stars I would, when I moved out they kept my deposit and never answered my phone calls, they must of put me on a do not answer list.. Oh I also forgot to add I moved out in January of 2025, so lets see its been 8 months and still don't answer my calls and they still have my money.
