Since the students are coming back, I’m going to leave reviews just so everyone’s aware of how much of a shady company PTLA since they want to remove my reviews. Be warned and do not move here! Update 8/6/24 On 8/6/24 we paid PTLA 5,118.12 in move-out fees. PTLA charged us for a new bathtub replacement, a bathroom door replacement, heavy clean, neglecting the unit, bathroom faucet replacement, blinds, drip pans, full carpet replacement, and heavy paint. Baker Apartments. I’ve been here for about 2 years now. The Maintenance Crew have always been on top of any questions I’ve had. The office Team have always been Helpful. Not much more to say other then. Baker Apartments was a very Pleasant Stay,
Always heard out our concerns, had problems with our fridge and they had come to replace it with a brand new one that was better than the old one. Each time we had a problem, they always were there to help us out. Super helpful people and the workers are all very nice.
My experience with Baker apartments has been overall positive as the office is friendly and helpful, and the quality of the apartment is leagues above other options in town, especially in comparison to the rent prices and pet policies. Upon moving in, I was surprised by the updated appliances (i.e. stove and dish washer), as well as the size of the apartment.
They rarely answer their phones and they do not call back when you leave a message. Many times have I called about certain things and no answer or left voicemails with no reply.
