Francisco is the best thing about the meadows!neighborhood is next to low income housing and the vermin infested gangs.vandalism and thieving is rampant.clothes are stolen out of laundry room,homeless going thru garbage and defecating in dumpster stall.a succession of different managers who are less and less interested in the safety of tenants.over priced,regular rent increases are substantial.
