I would not recommend renting at The Meadows. It is going downhill very fast there while the rent keeps going up. If the rent goes up, I expect better security, better groundskeeping, and available management during business hours at the LEAST. None of these things are the case. For the amount that is paid for rent there, you could have a much better apartment somewhere else in Jonesboro. Thank goodness I m a homeowner now!
