I rented here because I loved the *hot & clean* jacuzzi near the office and swimming pool. I’m giving 4 stars because this new management company can get things done and in the office Kirsten and Haley are great at doing their best to keep tenants happy / thanks Tides ! GET THE JACUZZI Spa jets functioning like back in the day for the 5th star.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! So many issues everywhere that take ages to get fixed and the water is shut off randomly all the time and sometimes without any notice. Pools are closed for weeks at a time. Laundry is DIRTY ALL THE TIME and there is 0 ventilation in there, it’s like hell trying to do laundry especially in the summer. Management is horrible and changes all the time. You can find MUCH better elsewhere, save yourself from this place.

Apartment is a joke. Has been 5 full days with no hot water. Emails sent out saying it would be fixed by a certain date and still not a day after. No response from emails sent to them. If you call to main office they say they know it is a problem but do not offer any type of compensation. Since living here for the past 9 months the water has been turned off more than 10 times and for longer than a day at a time multiple times. Apartments are overpriced for what is being offered here. I’m currently on day 5 of no hot water. They will shut off the water for days at a time for maintenance and offer zero help. The residents are nice but your water will be shut off every month, if you move in here plan on getting a gym membership if you like to shower daily. Constant maintenance only apologies, zero compensation. This place sucks
