Bell in the office was really kind, professional, and helpful. The apartments are clean and the facility is well kept. Highly recommend!
7/31/25 New manager once again but at least rules are being enforced. sadly still a ton of roaches. and an infestation of crickets this year. Constant water shut offs. outside building lights will stop working, for weeks, causing it to be completely dark outside. balconies are still cluttered with junk. new Maintenance still rigs your stuff. but at least they finally replaced my AC that was rusted and leaking for over a year. 11.6.24 Don't worry about any of the rules on the lease. If I can give them 0 star I really want to do this. I know how bad but I have to say this. the company don’t care about poor people work hard . Of course they care about money. I rent apartments at Tides on southern 2151 E southern ave Mesa 85204. At the begin the rent payment is #1350 and we have to deposit $1450 before move in. If I could give them 0 stars I would. The company doesn’t care about hard people work. At the beginning the rent payment is $1350 and we had to deposit $1450 before moving in. After six months, they changed property management companies for some reason. After that everything went downhill. Ended up having to renew the lease and the cost of rent went up A LOT.
