The location is great—close enough to everything in town but still tucked away from the noise. The units are spacious, especially for the price, and the rent is very reasonable. Management is friendly and easy to work with, and maintenance gets things taken care of quickly. Overall, it’s a solid place to live if you’re looking for space, value, and a quiet community.

If I could give this a review and -5 Stars I would from what I understand the new owners do not live in state there's an office but no on-site office management they don't address your concerns when you reach out to them but when they want their concerns address they charge you $75 per day for issues like a bag of trash on your porch and if you didn't receive their notice they're unwilling to remove that charge when they have changed their form or app multiple times since I've lived here in October the app which I have told ... read more

Good people but good luck getting your deposit back if you move out ww cleaned the heck out of that place and the list of stuff they charge you for is ridiculous plus the bugs they don't do anything about don't recommend
