I toured an apartment with my Fiance a few months ago and have been considering living in the meadows up to now. Unfortunately, my job requires me to relocate to Denver sooner than I thought and so living at the Meadows is impossible for me, but I was so impressed by the service I received I think it only right to make a comment. Not a good place to live if you are at all sensitive to mold. When we moved in, we reported water damage and mold we found - their response was to paint over it. No remediation or addressing the root cause. Over time, living there has affected our health and we found multiple belongings growing mold on the surface. Management is fully aware and made it clear they do not care, saying it is "harmless mildew". Thankfully our health/symptoms are improving since moving out.
The Meadows has been a great apartment community! We are only leaving because we purchased a house, and we're honestly sad to leave. The amenities, staff, and quiet community are a dream.
