By far the worse raggedy apartments we have lived in. We have mice running around our apartment for 7 months now, electric bill runs 400-500 some dollars a month, floor boards up up in all rooms, paint on walls cracked and peeled. Moving out of this place in February. Wouldn't recommend this place to a dog. 3rd owners and there like the rest, will take your money and not fix nothing. Everyone is moving out. Paying $810 a month and if we sign another lease $905.50, there not worth $500 in horrible shape.
