Hired Jay to work on getting proper domestication orders in place in SC. He ghosted us after paying the $3,000 retainer. Our case is still "pending" in the eyes of SC court. We heard from him 2 months after hiring him and asked him to withdraw from our case, return unused retainer fees and send a detailed recipet of services performed. Its been 25 days cine that and nothing. Upon further review of the SC bar association, Mr. McMillian has been disbarred multiple times.
