Most amazing tacos ever. Friendly staff. Wish I could take this place home with me.
Food was good, seated right away but the atmosphere killed it for me. WAY too loud, management allows parties of college kids to yell and just be incredibly loud and others can't even hear themselves talk to each other. Service was slow, server took forever to get to us, we had to ask another one walking by to send us our server and once she got to us she said a sorry and that they were busy so we needed to be patient as our food could be a while. Sat over double the wait time for our food. Servers are consistently terrible. Food was thrown on and the plate was incomplete. Our entire table waited an extreme amount of time for such a simple order, yet only half our orders were comped. This made no sense because we were all paying for our own meals, which our server knew. I feel like anyone who thinks they'll "give serving a try, I guess" works at The McMillan...the most apathetic and unskilled group when it comes to pleasing patrons and fixing problems.
I am so sick and tired of poor service. I've been going to the 5$ burger Mondays since they began and I think I've finally tired of The McMillan. Why did my dinner take two hours tonight? The waitress had no communication or customer service skills. My group waited 20 minutes to get water, another 10 to order, then she had to retake our orders because she lost them after another 30 minutes, then we waited another 30 minutes until our burgers thrown on a plate (mine was hanging off) arrived. I was there Friday and Saturday, so glad to see it as busy as it was. You have an absolutely rockstar staff!!!
