Dr. Bill McKenzie is a complete professional and a delightful person. During my procedure he was an expert surgeon who took great care to make the experience a positive one. His staff was friendly and competent. I will gladly return should I need additional treatments. I recommend this practice very highly.
Can’t speak to Dr McKenzie being a good dentist or not. Several months ago my dentist referred me there and I had some xrays and a consultation. Decided to go a different route and it took them months to get my bill to me. They not only messed my address up but they submitted it to the wrong Delta Dental insurance group. Thought I got them straighted out but here we go 3 weeks later and they send me the same $185. I assumed they again sent it to the wrong insurance. The staff is amazing here!! They make going to a dentist a good experience. I’m glad I found them.
If you need a periodontist who is very genuine and caring. I couldn’t recommend anyone other than Dr. McKenzie! First day I was seen and he immediately took all of my worries away. He explained what needed to be done and we scheduled it. He even called on a Sunday to see how I was doing after the surgery! Jennifer his wife is also amazing and makes the process so simple! I’m so thankful I found this office. I will go here for anything else I need in the future!! I would recommend him to anyone! Thank you so much Dr.McKenzie!
