She is always on her A game, responds and handles requests immediately, and most importantly, she is always positive and never makes me feel like a bother or inconvenience. She genuinely cares and it shows! Very personable and kind! Very grateful for her compassion and hard work!
Work mostly with Shannon. Great communicator which goes along way in keeping and having happier tenets and owners. Knowledgeable of the market to keep contracts going without interruptions. She has patient, I am high maintenance, every 3 months I ask her for the office contact to send the water bill to.
