While the 4 star rating is being a bit generous, those who are dropping 1 star reviews would definitely complain if they were offered jobs in a cookie sampling program. The staff at the clinic are friendly and more importantly, they are there to solve problems should they arise. That’s what I need from those who support my healthcare providers. The lady who answered the phone was not helpful at all, she acted like she had an attitude
I have never been to a doctors office at 10 am on a weekday morning and not a single person is in the waiting room. Also no one answered the bell I had to ring to get someone to come to the frosted window. After quite some time I saw a shadow behind the glass and rang again. Mind you I had spoken to someone that very morning about coming by to fill out paperwork. Then I needed to have my records transferred to them from another state before they’d see me.
