The lady who answered the phone was not helpful at all, she acted like she had an attitude
I have never been to a doctors office at 10 am on a weekday morning and not a single person is in the waiting room. Also no one answered the bell I had to ring to get someone to come to the frosted window. After quite some time I saw a shadow behind the glass and rang again. Mind you I had spoken to someone that very morning about coming by to fill out paperwork. Then I needed to have my records transferred to them from another state before they’d see me. The providers are well educated and knowledgeable.
The McInnis Clinic is great! I love the staff they are always so helpful.
I like the text reminders and the option to have Teladoc/virtual appointment. For the most part the staff does a very good job. Good location… could use some updating.
