Usually quite packed and long waiting time, but Benjamin Forget at the front desk greeted me with a smile and helped me completely change my mood from stressed to happy ! He’s the best!
Genuinely the worst health care service I have ever experienced. I have a valid ophthalmology referral from an emergency room doctor. I had to follow up with this clinic 3 times to try to get in touch with them. They replied to my email 5 weeks later refusing the referral with no valid reason. The email was wildly unprofessional with terrible spelling errors everywhere. I genuinely do not believe that this is a real clinic.
Complete incompetence, get an urgent referral from my Doctor, 3 emails from me and 9 weeks later, I get a message saying that I'm not an urgent enough case and I should call another ophthalmologist. Total clown show.
Terribly disrespectful and uneducated front desk who said corneal abrasion (eye injury) is a transmissible disease(wrong), and asked everyone around me to keep distance. I was given an alcohol wipe and I was asked to clean everything I touched. Disregarding the fact that corneal abrasion is not a disease, I don’t think asking any patient to clean the waiting room while yelling the patient’s medical condition around is acceptable. His last name is Israel and I would definitely make a complaint once I figure out how to.
