Worst place of service ive been staffs are slow everything take alot of time
Usually quite packed and long waiting time, but Benjamin Forget at the front desk greeted me with a smile and helped me completely change my mood from stressed to happy ! He’s the best!
Genuinely the worst health care service I have ever experienced. I have a valid ophthalmology referral from an emergency room doctor. I had to follow up with this clinic 3 times to try to get in touch with them. They replied to my email 5 weeks later refusing the referral with no valid reason. The email was wildly unprofessional with terrible spelling errors everywhere. I genuinely do not believe that this is a real clinic.
Complete incompetence, get an urgent referral from my Doctor, 3 emails from me and 9 weeks later, I get a message saying that I'm not an urgent enough case and I should call another ophthalmologist. Total clown show.
