Avoid this lender. Website advertises fun, fast and less stressful. Wrong on all 3. Kept asking for more and more information. Poor communication when I did send extra info in. Had to send email a week later to check. Had no choice on appraisers. But had to get extra inspection done on my own with no guarantee they would accept their opinions. Stay away from this group.
