A few years ago I had a case with them. They handled the case fairly quickly and without much fuss. I had a second case last summer 2014 and till this day March 2015 my case is yet to be resolved. The worst part has yet to be told. They have a staff member in their office Mya whom I personally knew and benefited twice financially from my case. Due to persona reasons she decided to close my case unbeknownst to the rest of the staff. She said my case did not include sugiciant property damage and closed my case!! Needles to say... read more
