Don McCooeye is exceptional, you couldn’t find a better realtor! In April Don helped me find and secure a beautiful Halifax rental apartment (I was doing it remotely from Spain, no easy feat) and today he closed my deal on a stunning cottage on Sherbrooke Lake. Fantastic! Don organized every detail, negotiated the price down and made the experience crystal clear and worry-free. The whole deal took just over a week. Highly recommended! I’d enlist Don again in a heartbeat. You won’t be disappointed.

How do you summarize perfection in one short review? Real estate has always seemed so ridiculously formal. Why can't buying a house be fun?! Don and Jamie sold the house we bought in Enfield, NS. They were professional, straightforward, and easy to work with. Even after the closing, there was an issue with the HVAC, and Don paid out of pocket to have this fixed.
