I think it's important not to hire a realtor but to hire a market expert. Those are 2 different things in my mind. Justin and his entire team are all top of their prospective games. The photography team, marketing, closing, and of course Justin himself are all best in class. We had a very collaborative approach and they listened patiently to our concerns and wishes.
