I would like to leave an excellent review for this building. From the very first day, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Ty was the person who showed me the property when I first came. He was very professional, proactive, and clearly focused on doing his job well. Very happy with my choice to lease at the McCarthy! Location is fantastic. Matt, my leasing agent, was helpful and honest. Ali is the best concierge, especially helpful at my move in and furniture deliveries. The entire staff is so friendly!
In my third year living at The McCarthy and the entire team has been great. From Courtney who introduced me to the building on Day 1 to Ali the daytime concierge who’s always upbeat & helpful the entire team here is wonderful.
We have lived at The McCarthy for 3 years and have to give a shout out to the wonderful maintenance team. Oscar and Raul know everyone by name and provide prompt helpful service and advocate for best practices. Raul and Shawn went above and beyond recently in coming up with a plan and executing with great resolve in helping us retrieve an item mistakenly sent down the trash chute. ABOVE AND BEYOND! Thank you for your quick response and tremendous work ethic.
A friend of mine lives here and it's great! Staff is awesome, maintenance came while I was visiting once and Raul was super nice!
