Hate pretty much everything about it. DTAY CLEAR!!! You have to watch out as they are soulless - they have you docusign small print on your phone or tablet and hide HUGE fees. Such as, I moved out of the apartment and stayed on one extra month - the jack the rent up on that month form $2600 to $4200 ! (They say that is the market price). On top pf that, many times the elevators or doors do not work - especially the back elevator and the 8th floor parking door. I just moved in the apartment and I love it so much everything is great !!! Chris is my lease consultant and I do recommend him .. he does quick and great job …
Thank you McAdams management & staff (Christopher, Alvin, Alvin) and maintenance team for a great 16 month of keeping us safe and happy. We really enjoy al the amenities, fun socials and you always all are so sweet to my furry pet Houston. Looking forward to many more memories and fun times !
