We met Will and his wife at the Dakota Co. Fair. It was nice talking with them and kept their buisiness card till the day we needed it, which turned out to be 1.5 years later! I contacted Will and he was very helpful in recommending the proper unit for our house. Within a week we had a new softner. Will and his apprentice removed our old unit and installed the new one in 1.5 hours! And squeezed it in the week of Christmas! We would definitely recommend McKays to to anyone!
McKays did a great job installing our water softener and filtration system, and Will was fantastic. Their team was professional, showed up on time, and completed the installation efficiently without any issues. They took the time to explain how everything works and answered all our questions. It was great service by will. I got my water softener and filter from mkay. It took me long time to find the right company to do this for me for reasonable price and quality.
I recently had a reverse osmosis water filtration system installed and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The product works great and the installation was quick, clean, and professional. Will, the plumber who handled the install, went above and beyond. Even though it wasn’t related to the RO system, he took the time to call the city on my behalf about some ongoing water pressure issues and walked me through possible solutions.
