I have to say I wasn’t completely thrilled with McKays. We went with them because they offered a good price, but didn’t come to our house to give a quote, just did it over email. Will was plenty nice and polite, but I just didn’t think the service was great. He told us he would come between 3:00-4:00. When it got to be after 4:00, we called out of concern. After years as a customer of a larger regional company, I gave up as their only 5 year old unit quit working. Their options were bad and worse and expensive. I found McKays and called. The owner answered the phone, asked some questions, determined the unit I needed. He immediately sent over pricing which was far less than the competition with a far better warranty. We had a great experience with McKay's Company that installed a water softener system. They were prompt, professional and the installation was seamless. The water quality improvement was noticeable without delay. Highly recommend!

GREAT SERVICE, don't look anywhere else. Call Will today and don't shop around. He came out within just a few days of scheduling the service & did a great job with the install of our water softener for our house in Eagan. Was very informative during the process and took away our old one.
