Siri was very accommodating with my busy schedule. I’ve had a few micro-needling sessions with her and my 56 year old skin is doing fantastic. A real big improvement on my wrinkles and overall texture on my face so far. It’s brighter and smoother. She also has wonderful serums at a very low cost.. she’s a joy to conversation with. Unfortunately I experienced 0 results from the brown spot laser facial treatment. It’s not an IPL laser, she claims it’s a pico laser however I believe she’s not using real lasers or not using the correct settings for the treatment as she literally had me view the results in the dark when she was done. Had zero results on my skin nor could I even feel the laser. There’s also a dog in the office that jumps on you, clearly not trained enough to be in a medical spa environment. Honestly feels like I got completely ripped off.

I had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM that I never received. I paid $350 in advance and was never seen. I called multiple times, left voicemails, sent text messages, and even knocked on the door for over 30 minutes with no response, only to be sent straight to voicemail each time.
