I moved into Mayfair on Jasper from another province, and right from the start, the management team made the process seamless. Amanda and Angie went above and beyond to make the process easy, offering virtual tours, providing clear instructions for paperwork, and ensuring everything was in place for my move. Angie, Amanda, and Ian are the BEST!!! They have made my first few months at the Mayfair easy breezy and I couldn’t be more thankful.

My roomate and I have lived at the Mayfair on Jasper for only about 3 months and it is everything we could ask for and more. The location, our unit, the staff, security, the building, it's all wonderful. Tenants voices are heard, and the Mayfair is always working hard to improve for everyone's best interest. Angie and Ian have been more than helpful since we moved in. Ian (concierge) is essential. He takes so many extra steps to help us the minute we come to him. Beautiful, secure building in a great location. The move-in process was really smooth as they let me use the loading dock in the back. Overall peak downtown living. Thanks to Angie for making the process smooth even as they changed over their resident manager, she answered every text and call. They even replaced my dryer within 12 hours when it stopped working on my move in day. A - MAZE - ING!!
