I moved in 2 years ago and this was a nice building. It has continuously gone down hill. For months we have not had a passenger elevator. The freight elevator is unreliable and heavy to use. Management is unresponsive and absent. The garbage bins are overflowing and attract rodents. Pick somewhere else.
They lie about tour schedules and waste people's time. Awful service!
DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The building management is negligent and have left this 12 story building with a broken passenger elevator, and without a freight elevator that is reliable (currently broken, multiple people who get stuck inside). Our apartment has become a 12 story walk-up. Utilities are rented out to a 3rd company who intentionally obscure costs, charging us twice for water and trash each month. The elevators make such a loud metal-on-metal shrieking and grinding down EVERY. TIME. they’re used. So if you live by the elevator, it echoes throughout your whole apartment all. day. every. day. I haven’t slept in MONTHS because of the excessive noise. It is NOT NORMAL at all and didn’t used to sound like this.
