I'm very impressed with how easy the move in process was! Fernando was great and Alex was also very helpful! I love the building. It's quiet compared to where I was before. It's comfortable and everyone seems so nice. It's only been a couple of days but I like it! 👍🏽
I never expected to find a luxury apartment in the middle of the City and with historic charm! Beautiful wood flooring, marble window sills and stainless steel appliances. The Mayan is quaint, quiet and only steps away to the river walk and local entertainment. It really helps that the property manager, Fernando Castrejon, is a local historian. He takes pride in tenants loving our homes and made sure my move was successful. The common areas are kept fresh and clean. There is a waiting list to get in, but well worth the wait!
This apartment will likely be my most favorite one I've ever lived in. The property manager is incredibly nice, fair, and responds immediately to any problems you have. Of the minimal maintenance I've needed, it's fixed within 20 hours of me writing the request. The people who live in the building are giving and courteous. The Mayan is great. The building is very clean and units are beautiful, neighbors are friendly and quiet. Management and maintenance are always available and helpful. All in all, a very unique, safe and relaxed environment.
