If you are looking to establish a healthy lifestyle the the Maxx is the right place for you. At the Maxx their main concern is your nutrition, you are brainwashed about making healthy food habits. They guide you through the path of achieving your goals of weight loss. The workouts can be very challenging but with modification and guidance from the instructors you can get there. This is not a traditional gym facility but the one you need to built structure in your life.
I signed up for The Max Challenge with so much hope and excitement. Unfortunately, due to personal and family circumstances, I couldn’t continue with the program. But I want to sincerely thank the team — especially Jennifer — for their understanding and support. I Highly recommend The Max Challenge for anyone looking for a structured and supportive environment.
