I’ve only needed maintenance a few times (AC part replacement, doorknob, and lighting) since I’ve been a resident here at Maverick. I just want to give props to Nick. He’s always prompt, professional, and competent. Great job bro!

Timberly and Chandra were absolutely stunning. I mean they were so patient with and gave all the information needed as we toured the property. The property is amazing and extremely clean. I highly recommend them both as they were professional, welcoming and answered all questions without rushing us or pressuring us.
