The Maven was the best apartment complex I've ever lived in and I have moved almost every year for the last 10 years. I cannot recommend it enough. Everyone in the office is so attentive and kind and helpful. Maintenance requests get addressed within 24 hours and if they can't come within that time frame they are so communicative. They keep the area super well maintained. We had issues with people stealing packages, but that stopped when they got their package room up and running. Amazing experience living here. The staff are so accommodating, friendly, and always looking to help. Maintenance requests get handled the same day. Amenities are clean and well maintained. Great location near downtown. Definitely the best apartment complex in Rochester, MN!
