I lived at The Maven for a year, and it was a fantastic experience. Devin and Bobbi were amazing and incredibly responsive whenever I had an issue. They went above and beyond in so many circumstances, and I truly appreciated their hard work and dedication to creating a great experience for the residents. I enjoyed living at the Maven especially the staff that work here. I had great experiences with maintenance and they even assisted me when I forgot to take my trash out before going on a long vacation (please don’t do this). Bobbi I primarily worked with even after moving, she was very helpful and friendly. This location was prime for Mayo’s downtown location and local restaurants. I work at St Mary’s but there was a shuttle less than a ten minute walk away. Would recommend!
Absolute worst customer service I’ve had in a long time. They acted like they couldn’t give me the time of day and all I wanted to know was about the sizes of their apartments. rUDE!
Living at Maven on Broadway for the past 2.5 years has truly been one of the best experiences I've had. I'm only leaving because I'm relocating to another state for work, and if I ever return to Rochester, this will absolutely be my first choice of where to live. The building itself is modern, luxurious, exceptionally clean, and offers outstanding amenities that are always well maintained. This an amazing apartment complex!! Both Bobbi and Devin are the kindest most welcoming property managers I have ever came across! They make the entire process so easy and overall it is the best place to live. I would recommend to anyone looking for apartments/a welcoming society!
