This an amazing apartment complex!! Both Bobbi and Devin are the kindest most welcoming property managers I have ever came across! They make the entire process so easy and overall it is the best place to live. I would recommend to anyone looking for apartments/a welcoming society!

Its been 4 -5 months since I moved and I cannot wait to move out. I have had an ongoing issue with severe impact noise from the unit above mine. The sound transmission in this building is extremely poor. Even normal walking from the upstairs apartment comes through as very loud thuds, and when objects are dropped it is strong enough to make items in my unit shake. Management has been responsive and did ask the upstairs residents to add rugs, which didn't help at all, and the noise is still very noticeable and disruptive. Bas... read more
