Horrific, sold me a misleading cut and "chemical straightening" which when I went somewhere else to fix it, I confirmed they lied and don't even do chemical straightening, they actually conducted a keratin smoothing which barely did anything at all, my hair was kinked afterward and still frizzy. After 13 hours of wasted time going THREE times and being treated like dirt they refuse to fix the "straightening" that they wasted my time on for four months now. MMeade will retain credit card details so they can take future payments from it without requesting authorisation. Request that they delete your card details after you use it for a valid payment. Also, they refuse to provide management contact information to escalate issues and you cannot get beyond the “Admin” email. Corporate bullying.
Love this place. They are Great Students that are trained Very Well by Experts in the Business..A second Year apprentice at the Acadamy in Osbourne Park, cut a Shaggy haircut on me and did a fabulous job...a beautiful peaceful atmosphere and well mannered. Highly Recommend them, I travelled 1.5 hrs just to be a Model ...Worth every Km.
