Horrible experience would not recommend they have been giving me the run around for 4 days about a refund and then told me to bring it to them
The mattresses were all incredibly soft, comfortable, and well-made. If you're looking for high-quality mattresses at affordable prices, this is definitely the place to visit. The customer service was outstanding, and one of the employees, Mario, who speaks both English and Spanish, was especially kind, respectful, and helpful. He made the entire shopping experience enjoyable!! I highly recommend this store! My experience at Mattress Plug was great..... I knew what I was looking for and had my purchase delivered this same day.. I was treated with kindness and respect. I will be back to purchase in the future.
Do not be fooled that American first kept charging me over and over when the contract specifically said 4 payments totalling 600 it was up to 1000 before I tried contact Mario who implied that i was late on my payments which were automatically deducted monthly and didn't even want hear what I had to say he was rude.the day of the sale and twice as rude when i tried to tell him my problem, come to find out that American first has a bad reputation for doing this i finally had to go and stop payments at the bank.
