They don't stand by their warranty and the guy try to give me a cheaper mattress which I want the same one they suppose give me under warranty. Not down size . Do not buy from them. I been dealing with them for couple weeks, trying to get this straighten. Then he tell me they don't make it anymore. They do. Now I'm sleeping in my chair and couch bc of this.

This place sets up a delivery in a 3 to 6 spot then asked when I would like it delivered I say 430. Then they never showed up didn't call til anhr later to tell me they still have 1 more delivery and it would be around after 6 when they get there. Then why would you ask what time if your gonna make your own time.

We bought a mattress from Mattress Hub at the New Mexico State Fair. Their sales person said that we had 30 days to try the mattress if we didn't like it they would exchange it. We tried their display mattresses and ordered a firm foam mattress. What arrived was a soft mattress. The sales man wrote down the wrong mattress on the order. The soft mattress is very uncomfortable like sinking into a hole. We called the day after it arrived to exchange this too soft mattress.
