These folks are great! They took really good care of us today! Called about a new bed and had a new one the very same day! Delivered our new bed, took the old away for us and gave us a FANTASTIC deal! They even brought a mattress cover just in case and asked if I had one yet and when I said no, gave us a great deal on that too and just added it to our order! Very considerate folks! We wouldn't dream of going to another store. You'd be doing yourself a huge disfavor going anywhere else for a mattress!
Bought a loveseat for great price, service delivery was great. However, I did not recieved what I was told i would get, which was two pillows with it. No big deal, called and asked about it, and Mandy (the saleslady) said she would call me right back. She never called back. I call next day and she is gone, off day. The man who took my call could not understand, how I could be frustrated ( over a company not doing what thay said) because in his opinion it is it is just two small pillows. We bought our first Tempur-pedic bed from Daisy at the Valley River store over the weekend. WOW -what a difference! We appreciate the education on the difference of products. Daisy is absolutely wonderful. We can't thank you enough!!! If you are looking for a new bed, we highly recommend The Mattress Company! I haven't slept this well in 20 years!
