Our mattress was SO FIRM that I'm not sure why we kept it as long as we did. Finally our backs were really not happy with our nights sleep. So we pulled into The Mattress Center and tried out several mattresses . The one we liked the best was SO COMFORTABLE! We took our time deciding. There was a delivery date set and it arrived on time. Wonderful, heavenly!! My mattress The Radiance is soooo comfortable!! The owner Robert, graciously gave me a loaner mattress when my mattress didn't show up the day it was supposed to....and my Radiance was well waiting for!
Robert was so very helpful!! The original bed we bought from him caused my back to ache over the course of 12 days to the point of alot of pain with walking. We went back to Robert to inquire about his return policy. He told us to try the pillow top mattresses, we found the perfect one. He shocked us by offering a cost free trade!!! Who else would do that??!!! THANK YOU ROBERT!! So much.
Robert helped my husband and I find the bed that best fit our needs. We got an adjustable King bed and it is wonderful. We sleep great and had a very good experience with delivery and set up. Robert was knowledgeable, professional, and took good care of us. We have also bought several pillows there that are great as well.
