Mr. Gonzalez in the store was extremely knowledgeable. He listened, asked appropriate questions and then helped us find the perfect mattress to replace our tired 24 year old one. He was also very helpful choosing specialty pillows and had perfect sheets for the new mattress: since the old mattress was 9” and the new 15”, our current sheets weren’t going to fit! The salesman and delivery people were great but the mattress itself took a week to be delivered and what we received is mis-shaped. See pictures showing a bulging side. It looks and feels used.
