Matt Horn was awesome to work with on a property in Pine Mountain Club. He coordinated what needed to be handled and made sure everything stayed organized and on track. He was responsive, straightforward, and easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend Matt to anyone needing a solid realtor.
Matt never disappoints! This is the second property sale for which Matt represented me. This one was more challenging, as I was out-of-town throughout the process, and I needed Matt to do a bunch of “pre-work”, as the property, formerly being rented, was in disrepair.
