The physical landscape of the building is very nice. From a service standpoint the place is very much lacking. Their management seemed very unorganized, having issues with plating and our food during our event. Our food was also cold, after paying an expensive ticket price that was the bare minimum we could ask for. When confronting management about this issue they were not very comforting and open to offering solutions or reasonings for the issue.
