My fiancé and I were first time home buyers. From day one of working with the Mato realtors, communication was lacking. I was referred to Becky Mato from family members. I contacted Becky via phone and we set up a day of viewings. We let her know we were first time home buyers. The realtor became very irate over the phone when I inquired about necessary documents for the housing application. I perceived as being impatient with first time buyers. When I would occasionally ask her to repeat things because of her accent she would become even more angry and say “that is your problem.” She frequently interrupts and during a 3 minute phone cal she told me “I don’t have all day.” I do not recommend this realtor Mato K for first time buyers

Even though our deal fell through due to issues with construction, Becky and her team were very professional. Excellent communication during a tough deal. Would love to work with them again in the future.
