Retained by Buyer's of my DC Ranch Home, Rachel fully supported the Buyer in shorting us $20,000 on the sale. No class, No integrity. Bought and Sold alot of Real Estate in my day, never been treated so poorly and flat out lied to like this. My experience with the Matheson was 5 Star from Day One to the Closing. Selling a home can be very traumatic, especially for a widowed 80 year old! Don and Sarah eased my insecurities from the very beginning. One of them was always at my home well before the showing and willing to help with anything. And they brought moving boxes for packing and even returned my cable boxes back to cox. I can’t think of anything they could have done to make the selling of my home easier!
