After 4 months Joe G. Alvarez calls me and decided to inform me there wasn't enough pie for him to play. He never did a thing with my insurance company. I gave him a video of my crash where I was t-bone on the side, had two Tampa Police who also saw my dash cam and said it was black and white. Very easy to see I was struck, yet I waisted 4 months.
