We had paid for a one week stay at the Masthead. We had stayed there before without a problem . Unfortunately our reservation was when covid hit. They refused to return my constant phone calls and emails about my refund. After all I did not cancel they did. The ow.er
Great experience
The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the center, and on a private beach. We stayed in room 31R. The room was very small, as it showed on line, however the bathroom was the size of a camping bathroom, tiny shower, and no room to move in the bathroom. There was a blow dryer provided, however there were no outlets to plug it in. The door had a dead bolt, but they did not have any keys for it. Way beautiful, peaceful, short walk to all the downtown fun, but polite folks, beach is awesome with being there access, hope to return
